Keystone BNC Inserts | CCTV RF | HTECH
The Keystone BNC Insert is a snap-in module that bridges coaxial cable connections via a standard keystone wall plate or patch panel. It features a BNC (Bayonet Neill–Concelman) female connector at the front and a male connector at the rear, allowing for a quick, secure “twist-and-lock” connection.
Product features
- Secure locking mechanism: the bayonet-style coupling ensures the cable remains locked in place, preventing accidental disconnections caused by tension or movement.
- Standardized fit: snaps into any standard keystone port found in wall plates, surface-mount boxes, or multimedia panels.
- Signal integrity: often features nickel or gold-plated brass bodies to maintain high-frequency signal quality and provide corrosion resistance.

- Dimensions: 15mm x 16mm

Steps for getting the right amount of inserts for your project:
- Determine the empty slots of the wall plate. For example, you want two 6-slot 120×120 wall plates. The total number of empty slots is 12.
- Determine the actual number of inserts you need. Subtract the total empty slots from the amount of inserts you actually need. The value gotten will be for the blank inserts [click here]. For example, you require four RJ45 inserts, 12 – 4 = 8. That means you will buy 8 blank inserts for the slots you will not be using.
