Shipping and delivery policy
We are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and transparently. Below is everything you need to know about our processing times, shipping options, rates, and tracking.
1. Processing Times
Once you have placed your order on our website, you will receive an email.
- For orders that are paid with a normal online banking EFT, you will receive an email from us to say that your order has been placed and it is ‘on-hold‘. Once you have made payment and we have received your order, you will then get another email from us to say that your order is now being ‘processed‘.
- For orders that are paid with PayFast, you will receive an email from us to say that your order has been changed from ‘pending payment‘ to now being ‘processed‘.
All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and major holidays).
2. Shipping options and delivery rates
We offer two different courier services to deliver your order. The two courier services we use are:
- Fastway (door-to-door)
- PostNet (PostNet to PostNet)
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, package dimensions, and destination of the items in your order.
Note that we do not allow customers to collect from us directly, nor allow customers to arrange their own couriers to collect from us.

Estimated delivery time: 2 to 3 business days (allow 1 extra day for outlying areas)
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been collected by our courier services, you will automatically receive an email and an SMS confirming that your order has been shipped. In the email and SMS, you will also receive a tracking number to view your parcel.
Please note that if your tracking number does not track, please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking number to register on the courier service’s system. If the tracking number still does not track, please contact us so that we can contact the courier company.
