CART PAGE: SHIPPING OPTIONS AVILABLE & HOW TO PROCEED

Step 1: Confirm your Cart

  • Confirm the product details and quantities in your cart are correct.
  • To increase or decrease the qty of any product select the + or – blocks.
  • If the qty wont increase it means we have no more stock available.
  • To remove a product select the x symbol to the left of the product image
  • If any changes where made select [click on] the Update cart button.

Step 2: Shipping & Delivery Options

  • Select [click on] Calculate Shipping above.
  • Enter your Delivery Address & Postal Code to display all available shipping options. Note if you merely want to check all the delivery options available to you, only enter your 4 digit postal code.
  • When done select [click on] the Update button.
  • To change your delivery address details select [click on] Change Address above
  • Step 3: select your preferred shipping method as detailed below.

Step 3: Done, proceed to payment options & Checkout

  • Once step 1 & 2 are complete select [click on] the Proceed to Checkout button.

SHIPPING OPTIONS AVAILABLE – EXPLAINED (Enter delivery address + postal code to select your options)

  1. Metro Courier: this is a ‘door to door’ delivery service via our appointed, reputable courier services. Deliveries are undertaken weekdays (Mon- Fri, 08h00 – 17h00) excluding public holidays. The most common address to use would be a work address especial if nobody is available at home. A tracking number is issued via email by 17h00 on the day of dispatch. Indicative delivery times are Gauteng next day, Durban 1-2 days, Cape Town & all other 2-3 days.
  2. Postnet (via all PostNet branches): (preferred option if you do not reside in a region covered by Metro Courier) your order will be dispatched to your nominated Postnet office. Please specify your nearest Postnet branch in the Order Notes field on the next page ‘Checkout’ or simply email us. A tracking number is issued via email by 17h00 on the day of dispatch. Upon arrival at your nominated branch you will receive an sms to collect.
    1. To identify your nearest Postnet branch [click on] the words POSTNET BRANCH LOCATOR. Once your nearest Postnet Branch has been identified please include the branch details in the ‘Order Notes’ section on the ‘Checkout Page’ (next page) or simply email us your preferred branch.
  3. Paxi (via all PEP Stores) A good option if you do not reside in a region covered by Metro Courier. Over 2500 locations around the country. Please specify your nearest PEP branch in the Order Notes field on the next page ‘Checkout’ or simply email us. A tracking number is issued via email by 17h00 on the day of dispatch. Upon arrival at your nominated branch you will receive an sms to collect. Delivery time is 3-5 working days. 
  4. Rural Courier: this is a ‘door to door’ delivery service via our appointed, reputable courier services. Deliveries are undertaken on Fridays only (08h00 – 17h00) excluding public holidays. A tracking number is issued via email by 17h00 on the day of dispatch. Indicative delivery times are 4-5 days.
  5. COD / Collection – PTA East: We DO NOT have a physical store but will gladly assist meet customers at the Waterkloof Lifestyle Centre in Pretoria East. Meeting dates and times must be pre-arranged telephonically with us. Please do NOT go to the centre without prior arrangement. If available you can also send your driver. Waterkloof Lifestyle Shopping Centre location
