The product is good. The relay works well. The app is simple to use. The only challenge with it is that it has no manual button to switch the appliances like the geyser on or off should the internet be down. Unless there is and I don’t know about it. Pros: easy setup, good app,
Cons: no internet no control.

Hi Sipho, the unit does have a manual ON/OFF button. It’s the rectangular shape one on the front.
