The Smart Access Controller is a standalone, waterproof access control device that primarily uses Bluetooth (BLE) technology and is managed via the TTLock mobile application. It’s designed for use in various settings like hotels, apartments, offices, and commercial premises where controlled access and event logging are necessary.

• Multiple unlocking methods: The K2F2 supports several ways for users to gain access:

• TTLock App Management (Bluetooth):

  • Administrator control: The first phone to connect becomes the administrator and has full control.

  • Remote access (with gateway): By adding an optional G2 WiFi Gateway [click here], the lock can be managed remotely over the internet, allowing the administrator to:

    • View real-time access records/audit trails.

    • Remotely share, modify, or delete time-limited, one-time, or cyclic passcodes/eKeys.

    • Remotely unlock/lock the door (if enabled).

  • Real-time monitoring: Administrators can receive push notifications when a user unlocks the door.

• Security & convenience:

  • Keypad protection: The keypad locks for 5 minutes after multiple failed passcode attempts.

  • Pseudo passcode: Allows a user to enter random digits before or after the real passcode to prevent others from guessing the code by observing fingerprints.

  • Auto-lock: Can be set to automatically lock shortly after unlocking.

  • “FREEWAY” mode: Can be activated by schedule or command to keep the door unlocked for a specific period.
