A Samite to DIN Rail Adaptor is a specialized mounting bracket used to bridge the gap between two different electrical distribution board standards.

Many older or residential distribution boards use the Samite standard rail, while most modern smart switches, circuit breakers, and IoT modules use the international 35mm DIN Rail standard. This adaptor allows you to mount modern equipment into an existing Samite DB enclosure without replacing the entire tray.

• Snap-on design: features a tool-free installation mechanism—it clips onto the Samite rail and the DIN rail device, then clips onto the adaptor.

Please note that when using these adaptors, ensure there is sufficient depth in your DB board. Because the adaptor sits between the rail and the device, the final unit will sit slightly further forward than a standard Samite breaker. Check that your DB board’s cover plate can still close properly.
