Option 1: Credit/Debit Card payment via PayFast:
Requirements: Credit Card (VISA or Master Card) or any Debit Card issued by a South African Banking Institution.
Process: Follow the ‘checkout’ process and register your personal details with us (required to ensure your delivery). When completed select ‘PLACE ORDER. You will automatically be routed to ‘PayFast’ which is third party secure payment platform based in South Africa. You may need to register your details again with PayFast (if you have previously registered with PayFast then only your Login is required). Via PayFast you have the options to use either a Credit Card or Debit Card etc.
Option 2: EFT payment via Internet Banking or Bank Deposit:
Requirements: for a normal EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) you will need an ‘internet banking’ account.
Process: Following the completion of you order you will be provided with a Henrac Technology order number e.g. #HT-1234 (4 digits). You will also receive all order details and confirmation via email. If you do not have an email address then please save the details of your order and order number.
Please use your ‘Order or Invoice number’ as a payment reference.

Note: all items as detailed on your order will only be allocated / reserved for a period of 72hrs. You must at the very least provided ‘proof of payment’ before this period expires, failing which your order will automatically be cancelled by our system and the stock on your order will be credited back to the ‘online Store’.
Option 3: Instant EFT payment @ checkout (via PayFast):
Requirements: You will need an internet banking account. If you don’t have a credit or debit card then select this option.
Process: From within ‘PayFast’ you are given the additional option to make an EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) via Internet Banking. Once selected this option is exactly the same as your normal Internet Banking process but takes place from within the PayFast platform itself. There is NO need to email a ‘proof of payment’ to us when using ‘Instant EFT’.

Option 5: Bitcoin payment @ checkout (via PayFast):
When a buyer visits a PayFast seller’s site and clicks to buy an item, they will be shown Bitcoin as a payment method (in addition to the other enabled payment methods)
After sending the funds (using whichever Bitcoin wallet they want to: mobile, desktop or cloud), they click on a verification button on the PayFast engine.
The buyer is shown the BTC amount –at the current rate of exchange as provided by Luno (previously known as BitX) — and a Bitcoin address where they should send the funds.
Luno (previously known as BitX) sends confirmation to PayFast that the funds have been received.
The buyer sees a success message and gets redirected back to the seller’s website. The seller will receive a notification from PayFast stating that a payment has been received.
