The most common cause of failure is surges via CAT cable caused by induced lightning. Please test your Receiver power supply + IR cable on another receiver that works as you have 2 options:
Options:
- Receiver only (power supply and ir cable tested and working)
- Receiver only + new power supply and ir cable
